Flair Airlines unveiled its “Flair FWD” transformation at a Toronto event, showcasing major customer experience upgrades while maintaining low fares. The carrier has already implemented improvements including a redesigned website, digital boarding passes, transparent delay communications, an On-Time Guarantee ($60 voucher for 60+ minute delays), and Apple AirTag tracking. Coming December: “Flair Express” priority boarding, new fare bundles, and “Flair Vacations” packages.
The Fairlyne Partnership: Flair will become North America’s first airline to offer ticket resale through Paris-based Fairlyne. Passengers who can’t make their flights can sell back their seats if the flight is popular. “Customers get more of a refund than they would if they just didn’t show up,” said CCO Eric Tanner. “And for us, it’s a win because we can resell that ticket.” The December launch positions Flair as a pioneer in flexible North American ticket resale.
